MakeupMatch is a mobile application that allows users to discover makeup products, compare ingredient compatibility using AI, and share reviews. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@makeupmatch.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.
AI analysis results may not be 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from product combinations suggested or rated highly by our AI.
By submitting a review, you grant MakeupMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that review within the app and on our website. You retain ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the reviews you submit. You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
To ensure fair access for all users, AI compatibility analyses may be subject to daily usage limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
All content within MakeupMatch, including but not limited to the app design, logo, and product database, is owned by MakeupMatch or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our explicit permission.
MakeupMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. Product information in the app may not always be up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MakeupMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
